What we collect
What you give us. Name, company, email address, telephone number and cargo particulars, through the rate request, contact and job application forms.
What is recorded automatically. IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring source, in the server’s technical logs, for site security and to measure usage.
No form on this site accepts file uploads. If you need to send us a document, that is arranged by email after first contact.
Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and issue quotations or bookings.
- To perform the contract of carriage and clearance for your cargo.
- To meet legal, customs and tax obligations.
- To prevent abuse of the site and automated form submissions.
Legal basis
We process your information where it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, where it is necessary to perform a contract with you, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the business securely and answering correspondence. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for advertising.
In the course of moving a shipment, some information necessarily passes to the parties involved in that shipment: shipping lines and airlines, the licensed customs broker, the road haulier, the port and terminal operator, customs authorities, and our partners at origin or destination. It goes no further than the job requires.
Where the law or a competent authority requires it of us, we provide what is required and no more.
Transfers outside Iran
Where a shipment has a foreign origin or destination, the details needed to execute it are sent to our partner in that country. The transfer is limited to what moving the cargo requires.
Cookies and third-party services
Where enabled, we use:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure traffic and general behaviour. These may set cookies in your browser.
- Microsoft Clarity to understand how pages are used.
- tawk.to for live chat. If you do not open the chat, the service is not loaded.
- Cloudflare Turnstile to detect automated form submissions. It receives limited technical information from your browser.
This website sets no advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share data for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries received through the forms are kept for two years. Records relating to shipments performed are retained as required by commercial, customs and tax law — in practice usually ten years. Server logs are rotated and deleted periodically.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted where we have no continuing legal obligation to retain it. Use the contact page. If we cannot act on a request, we will tell you why.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to form submissions is limited to the colleagues who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold more than we need or for longer than we need it.
