Our services

Overland transit to Central Asia

From discharge at Shahid Rajaee to delivery in Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan or Afghanistan — transit entry, road leg and permit discharge at the exit border.

Transit through Iran

Iran is the short way into Central Asia

Cargo moving from the Gulf to Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan or Afghanistan either goes the long way round through the Black Sea and Russia, or it crosses Iran. Crossing Iran is shorter — but only ends up shorter if the transit file is closed properly.

Foreign transit means the cargo enters Iranian customs territory without being cleared, travels to the exit border, and the transit permit is discharged there. If that discharge does not happen, the guarantee is never released and your file stays open. That is precisely the part we take responsibility for.

From discharge at Shahid Rajaee to delivery at destination, one company owns it: unloading, the transit entry, loading to truck, the border crossing and delivery. You have one number to call at every stage.

What we take on

Port takeover

Taking delivery from the carrier at Shahid Rajaee, checking tally and condition, and keeping the box out of avoidable storage.

Transit entry and permit

Preparing the foreign transit declaration, the guarantee and any carnet required, and clearing it with the entry customs house.

Road leg

The right truck or trailer for the cargo, with drivers and equipment licensed for transit and insurance in place along the route.

Discharge at the exit border

Followed through until the exit is registered and the permit discharged, so the guarantee is released and the file stays closed.

Common questions

About transit through Iran

In foreign transit the goods enter Iranian customs territory but are never cleared and pay no import duty. They simply cross the country and leave at a border. The documents, the guarantee and the timing are all different from an import file.

Once the exit is registered at the border and the transit permit is discharged. If that step is left undone the guarantee stays outstanding and recovering it later is painful. We do not close a file until the discharge is issued.

From discharge at Bandar Abbas to delivery depends on the border chosen, the season and how congested that crossing is. We give the estimated transit before booking, and propose an alternative border if the usual one is backed up.

Yes. Moving cargo from Central Asia down to the Iranian ports for onward ocean export, or to inland Iranian destinations, is part of the same service — and on many lanes a round trip prices better.
