How it works
No forwarder gets anywhere on its own
No freight company has an office in every port. What matters is who is working at the origin of your cargo and whether that person can be relied on. We pick our partners one at a time and on performance, not on membership of a list.
The test is simple. Do they take the cargo over on time? Do the documents arrive correct, or does it take three reminders? When something goes wrong, do they tell us, or do we have to ask? A partner who is weak on those three points ends up costing the customer money however good the rate looked.

The countries we work
In each of these countries we have a partner who takes the cargo over, prepares the documents and tells us when something changes. For an origin not on this list, we find and vet a partner before accepting the job — and if we cannot find one we are happy with, we say so. The other direction
We are somebody’s destination agent too
What we ask of our overseas partners is what we provide at this end. For forwarders with cargo moving into Iran we act as destination agent: cargo taken over at the port, entered and cleared, moved inland, and reported at defined milestones.
