Your agent in Iran
If you are a forwarder with cargo moving into or out of Iran, what you need at this end is somebody who closes the file the way you would close it yourself: cargo taken over at the port, entered and cleared, moved inland, and reported on before you have to ask twice.
We act as destination agent for overseas forwarders, and we do not turn your customer into ours. Your commercial relationship with the shipper and the consignee stays where it is. Our job is execution inside Iran.

What we handle at this end
Cargo takeover
Bill of lading surrendered, container taken over from the line, delivery order issued and arrival notice served on the consignee.
Entry and clearance
Customs declaration prepared, assessment followed through and duties settled via a licensed customs broker.
Inland delivery
From the port or the border to the consignee’s warehouse anywhere in Iran, with a signed delivery record.
Export cargo from Iran
Collection, loading and export entry for cargo you will be receiving at the other end.
Common questions
About working together
Only as far as the job requires — arranging delivery, collecting documents, booking an unloading slot — and always with your knowledge. We are your agent. We do not take your cargo off you.
At defined milestones: documents received, vessel arrival, discharge, declaration lodged, cleared, delivered. If you have a reporting format of your own, we will use yours.
Company details, a named operations contact and agreement on settlement terms. For a first shipment, a small trial file is usually the best way for both sides to see how the other works.
We work with overseas forwarders directly, on a bilateral basis. If you are in a network with a set destination-agent procedure, we will work to that procedure.
