What the content on this site is
The material here is general information. It is not legal, customs or financial advice. A decision about a particular shipment should be taken on the facts of that shipment.
Calculators and tariff tables
The detention and storage tariffs published here are not ours. They are set and collected by the carriers, the Ports and Maritime Organisation and the terminal operator. We keep the figures against the latest source we have, and we print the source and effective date next to each table — but the invoice always follows the official tariff in force on the day, not this page.
Anything these calculators produce is an estimate. It is not a commitment and not an offer.
Quotations and the contract of carriage
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A freight rate is valid only as a written quotation for a specific shipment, stating its own validity period. Any carriage we perform is subject to our standard trading conditions and to the regulations and conventions governing that mode of transport.
Intellectual property
The text, images, mark and design of this site belong to Pars Setareh Samin International Transport. Reusing them requires written permission. Short quotation with attribution and a link is fine.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to outside sources such as the Ports and Maritime Organisation or a terminal operator. We do not control the content of those sites and are not responsible for it.
Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Parts of it may be unavailable while being updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and disputes arising from them fall to the competent Iranian courts.
