A message from our Managing Director

I have spent a long time in this industry, and in that time one pattern has repeated itself: customers change forwarder not over rates, but over silence. Cargo that has been on the water for weeks with nobody saying anything. A charge that appeared for the first time on the invoice. A phone that went unanswered on the one day it mattered.

We built Pars Setareh Samin to do properly the thing we know how to do. What we have is the experience of people who have spent years in the ports, in customs and in offices abroad — the people who know what an incomplete declaration costs in days and in money, and what a timely phone call saves.

We commit to three things. First, you get the whole picture before you book — the rate, the transit time, the documents and the destination charges — including the parts that do not suit us. Second, every shipment has one owner, and you will know who that is. Third, if we cannot do something well, we say so at the start; taking on cargo we cannot deliver properly helps nobody.
