Who we are
An international freight forwarder in Tehran
Pars Setareh Samin is a licensed international transport company based in Tehran. We bring cargo into Iran from anywhere in the world and move it in transit from Iran into Central Asia — by sea, by air and overland — and we cross stuff in Jebel Ali for cargo whose carrier will not send a box to an Iranian port.
The company is young. The team is not. Our people have more than thirty years behind them within our group of companies — in the ports, in customs, in overseas offices — and that is where the difference actually lies. Somebody who has worked with Shahid Rajaee customs for a decade knows where a file will stick before it sticks.
We are not a large company and we do not intend to behave like one. What we offer is plain: one person owns your file, the rate and the terms are clear before you book, and when something goes wrong we are the ones who call you.

In international freight the rate is the easy part. Anybody can quote. What separates one forwarder from another is what happens when the vessel slips, when customs asks for one more document, or when a container is stuck in the yard — who answers the phone, and what they do about it.
