Our services
Ocean freight into Iranian ports
Full container and groupage from any port in the world into Shahid Rajaee, Bandar Imam Khomeini, Bushehr, Assaluyeh and Khorramshahr — booked, documented and followed through to clearance.
How we work
One person owns the file, from booking to clearance
Ocean freight is straightforward until something moves. A vessel slips, a line trims the free days, or one document disagrees with the customs entry — and the box sits in the yard while the meter runs. Our job is to see those coming before the vessel arrives, not after.
Every shipment has one person who owns it: the same person who took the booking, checked the bill of lading and is talking to the terminal on the day of discharge. The number we give you is answered.
Before you book, you get the rate with the transit time, the document list and the destination charges alongside it. If your cargo needs an agency permit or runs into a carrier restriction, we say so then — not once it is on the water.
Modes
How your cargo travels
Choosing between a full container and groupage is rarely about volume. It is about timing and how much handling the cargo can take.
Full container (FCL)
A box to yourself. The seal stays on from origin to the discharge port, which keeps handling and damage risk at their lowest.
Groupage (LCL)
For cargo that will not fill a container. Consolidated with other shipments at origin and broken down again at destination.
Out of gauge and breakbulk
Cargo that will not fit a box travels on flat rack, open top or as breakbulk, with its own lashing and securing plan.
Reefer and dangerous goods
Temperature-controlled equipment with a recorded set point, and IMDG cargo in the accepted classes with full paperwork declared in advance.
Coverage
Discharge ports and the origins we work
The right discharge port is usually decided by where the cargo is going inland and how it clears, not by which port is nearest. We tell you which one we would use and why.

When there is no direct service
The Jebel Ali route
Not every carrier sends its boxes to Iranian ports. Where that is the case, the cargo is stripped from the origin line’s container in Jebel Ali, loaded into ours, and moves on to Shahid Rajaee under a fresh bill of lading. Warehouse, equipment and documentation all sit in the same yard.
- Photographed at every stage of stripping and reloading
- A tally and condition report before the new seal goes on
- A fresh bill of lading to the Iranian discharge port

Common questions
What people ask before booking
The validity is written into each quotation. Ocean rates are short-lived and move with carrier general rate increases, bunker adjustments and seasonal surcharges. Book inside the validity window and the rate is the one we quoted.
Detention is charged by the carrier for holding its container. Storage is charged by the port for occupying the yard. They are calculated separately, and one can be running while the other has not started. Both are on this site as calculators.
Usually a commercial invoice, a packing list and the bill of lading; then, depending on the goods, a certificate of origin, an inspection certificate, a standards approval or an agency permit. We give you the exact list against your HS code before you book.
It is not compulsory, but in practice we recommend it. Carrier liability under the international conventions is capped, and the cap is normally far below the value of the cargo. We can place cover at the time of booking.
It depends on the origin, the service and how many transhipments are involved. A direct Gulf service is days; an Asian service with a transhipment leg is weeks. The estimated transit is written next to every option we quote.
