We hire in operations, commercial and finance. The team is small, so every file has an owner with a name.
Working here

In a small team nobody hides behind a job title. The file you are given is yours — from booking to delivery — and the customer’s call comes to you. That gives you more room to work and asks more of you in return.
What you get back is that there is a great deal to learn here. Our experienced colleagues have spent years in the ports, in customs and in overseas offices, and they know things no course teaches. Ask, and they will tell you.
Where
The roles we hire for
If you do not see a specific opening but think you would be useful here, send it anyway. We keep good applications on file.
Operations
Bookings, documentation, coordination with carriers and customs brokers, and running files through to delivery. Familiarity with declarations and bills of lading counts for a lot.
Commercial and sales
Working with customers and overseas forwarders, putting quotations together and following them up. Fluent working English is required.
Finance and accounts
Invoicing, reconciling origin and destination charges, chasing settlement and preparing periodic reporting.
The process
What happens after you send the form
Every application is read, and everybody gets an answer either way. Leaving somebody who took the time to apply without a reply is not how we want to behave.
- An initial review and a reply within about a working week
- A short introductory call
- A meeting at the Tehran office with the head of that team
- For some roles, a short piece of real work instead of a written test
